• Sporting activities to be located at 5 different venues.
• First aid kits will be available at all sports venues with a trained nurse.
• An observation room, staffed with a nurse will be established at the primary venue(Lohana Academy), equipped with basic medication.
• Ambulance will be on call.
• Doctors will be available for consultation via on-call services.
• First aid kits will be provided in all transportation vehicles.
• In case of emergencies, UMC Victoria Hospital just 1Km away from the main venue will serve as the primary referral center.
• Emergency contact numbers will be provided at all sites.
• Alternative healthcare options will also be arranged at other hospitals.
• Collaboration with medical personnel at participant and family accommodations will be ensured.
